Whether you are using the Mobile app or the Web app, Green IQ is available in multiple languages.
You can change the language at any time from the Sign In screen. The application interface and all reports and emails will be displayed and sent in the selected language.
To change the language:
- Go to the Sign In screen.
Note: If you have been automatically signed in, you need to sign out to return to the Sign In screen.
- If you are using the Web app, select the flag icon that represents the language you prefer to use.
If you are using the Mobile app, tap the flag icon near the bottom of the screen to view the available language options, then select the flag icon that represents the language you prefer to use.
All of the text in the application switches to the selected language, and reports and email messages will be sent in that language.
