GreenIQ releases software updates from time to time. Each time your GreenIQ Smart Garden Hub boots up, it automatically downloads the latest updates. If you see that the unit’s software is not up-to-date, it is recommended to reset the unit.
To reset the unit:
- Tap and select Status from the options wheel.
- On the Status screen, tap the REBOOT
- When prompted to confirm that you want to reset and reboot the Hub, select OK.
Important: The remote reset works only if the GreenIQ Smart Garden Hub is connected to the Internet. If the Internet connection is down, the only way to reset the unit is by disconnecting it from power, and then reconnecting it.
