The GreenIQ PRO Account is available for users who own more than one Smart Hub. Your PRO Account will be set up by our customer support team.
To request a PRO Account, contact us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Serial Number of your Master Hub (from which you will control the PRO Account). You can locate the serial number of your Smart Garden Hub at the back of it.
- Serial Number of at least one other hub you own.
We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with your new PRO Account.
