Step 1: Check if your WiFi router is working properly by connecting to it on your mobile device and surfing the Internet.
- If the above test fails, restart the router. and try again. (If you are able to surf the net, skip ahead to step 2.)
- If you've changed your Internet settings recently, you also need to update your GreenIQ Smart Hub credentials by setting up an Internet connection.
Step 2: Check your Smart Hub WiFi signal quality.
Step 3: If the signal quality is 2 bars or below, we recommend Installing a Wireless Repeater.
Step 4: Disconnect your Smart Garden Hub from the power for a few seconds, and then connect it again. Make sure that the Power indicator is green.
Step 5: Wait for up to two minutes, or until the Network indicator turns green.
Step 6: If the Network indicator does not turn green, follow the steps for Setting up an Internet connection via Hotspot mode.
