    To performe the setup process, steps 6 and 7: the actual app interface are different and require a wired connection to setup the wifi SSID and password. No way to force the hotspot mode.

    Hi, I'm unable to connect to my GreenIQ hub via web app. I suppose that's why I am also unable to direct a command via Alexa/IFTTT. Could you assist? Thank you.
